| The Coaching Development training
has truly challenged me to take my coaching to the next level. Where my
previous coach training had been very skill and checklist based, Coaching
Development truly focused on my 'being', on strengthening my presence as
a coach, sharpening my observation skills, becoming a skilled observer
myself, and learning to trust my intuition.
I have become more comfortable in
my coaching, more willing to let the client direct and I feel less responsible
for having to produce an 'outcome'.
I recommend this course to coaches
who are new in the field as well as to more senior colleagues who want
to deepen their learning. Phil and Colin have been great role models as
facilitators, always in tune with the group and always willing to react
to feedback from participants.
Their deep care for coaching as a
profession is reflected in the rigour and love they invested into the design
of this fine programme.
