This programme is masterful for its experiential learning. It takes coaching and makes it a skill and a practice. There is theory and study but the learning comes from doing. The structure keeps the individual growing and stretching for more. The integration of TA in an everyday way makes it practical to use and is non-threatening to the client. If you learn by doing and want knowledgeable trainers to get you there, this is the right programme.

All the trainers bring and share their coaching knowledge in a passionate, appropriate, supporting way. They know how to manage a group of learners in a way which creates lasting learning. They are very different individuals and absolutely role model I+ U+ in their working relationships. Great job. |

For me those 20 days were rich life experience, time where I had fully attention to me (look at the mirror and discover myself). I increased extraordinarily my awareness about how I see myself, others and life. I gained skills that I find will change my life and the relationship I have with myself and others. My daughter and my husband experienced my progress first.
|
Very rich commitment of all the trainers. I can learn so many things (of course I can ?) but setting boundaries is something that pops-up in my mind now, very useful and rich learning. Very big thank you to Leda who is role-model for me how with passion and commitment you can become a really excellent coach after a couple of years |

For me the value came predominantly from the quality of the feedback given throughout. This enabled me to grow as a coach and as a person.
The taught content was a skilful blend of models and approaches combined into a coherent and empowering programme. Although much was familiar it was interesting and thought provoking to revisit “old” and well-known knowledge in new contexts. The group dynamics had a massive contribution to the overall outcome and allowed space to be created which was safe to take risks in.
|
3 different styles blending to create the most “adult” learning experience. They shared knowledge and grounded it in their real world experience. |

The programme exceeded my expectations. It did not only give me a deep technical understanding of coaching but also enabled me to practise the concepts in a manner that I could make them my own. A great programme for people who look to transition from a corporate executive career into coaching as their next chapter. I was both impressed and pleased with the maturity and experience of the attendees that the programme attracts which made this a very good programme.
|
The trainers modelled very different styles of “being”, teaching and coaching which enriches the learning experience. Both Colin and Phil bring a wealth of coaching experience and technical knowledge to the programme, which makes this a high quality programme.

I have met some amazing people in an exceptional journey of support and caring. Allowing an explosive personal journey. I can’t wait to get out there!
|
Colin and Phil are both amazing and have been more than I expected. It is a pity that Leda was seen to be different. In my eyes it should have been Colin, Phil and Leda. A team of excellence.

It’s a great programme. I have learned so much about what coaching is and have so many tools to help me get out there and do it. There’s still lots to learn and develop but what a great start.
|
It has been so valuable to have such a wealth of excellence to guide me on the programme. The observed sessions were motivating and confidence building because the feedback was so effectively delivered.

It has been a wonderful learning environment, where the somewhat “scary” experience of being put through a lot of practical coaching work has been balanced by the thoroughly safe and non-intimidating environment created by the trainers, mentors – and of course, the other trainee coaches. You can almost physically “feel” the learning taking hold within you from month to month, which is deeply satisfying.
|
The trainers are very strong – all highly competent, and yet all very different, therefore immediately eliminating any worries that there is one particular “type” of person who is suited to be a coach. The trainers combine theory and their own experience to make the process truly enriching.

This course has been the best investment I have ever done in my professional and personal life. I had a life changing experience that will re-define the direction of my career. What I have learnt has gone well beyond my expectations and will be a source of future development. The people I have met are a part of this gift and I leave the course with knowledge, inspiration, passion and new meaningful friendships. I could not recommend this course more. If you want to become a good professional coach, or simply understand what coaching is at its heart, then this is the best course you will find around.
|
Amazing people with amazing qualities. I loved each of them, because they brought their individual qualities that are totally complementary. The coaches are truly inspirational, and you feel that with them you are in such a safe place where learning becomes a real pleasure.

The programme has given me a well grounded, holistic understanding on what it means to be a coach. So not just taught me the skills of coaching but taught me how to BE a coach. The approach of co-active coaching resonates with me at every level: it aligns with my world view, my values and my ethics, and I feel proud to represent this approach in my work as a coach. This programme is at the same time extremely profound and extremely practical, and gives you – if you are open to be challenged – a great foundation to go forth and be a coach who can help people change their lives.
|
All the trainers are highly experienced coaches with a wealth of experience on both life coaching and business, corporate and executive coaching. They made their knowledge but always encourage and urge you to find a way of being a coach that works for you, that feels right for your being, your values and your personality. There is much humility and respect towards coaching in everything they do that it makes you respectful towards coaching in everything they do that it makes you respectful and humble in return, and therefore wonderfully open to learning and to experiencing the learning.

The journey I have been on is immense… it’s both a coaching programme and a massive therapy session! I’ve dug deeper into myself and named and addressed several issues I’ve buried or not dealt with very well. It’s shown me the power of awareness; both of ourselves and stress. It’s practical (so much coaching practice!!!) + I enjoyed the theory too. I found it hard being on the course on Mondays with a full, long week ahead. I would have preferred Thursday – Sunday or at least an early release each Monday. Few times I felt elements could be curtailed eg coaching 3 ways on assumptions/ending yesterday.
|
Great. Clear. Concise. Good communicators. Took lots of time to explain. Helpful and patient. At times I felt we were treated like kids in the early modules – not necessary. I loved the non-judgemental ethos, The love and support, Respect for us all.

Transformative. When I first started on this programme, I had no prior knowledge of what coaching is exactly. I really enjoyed being a coach as it enabled me to recognise the benefits of coaching from a client perspective and be more aware of my thoughts and behaviours so I have a better understanding of myself, who I am, what I am about and skills, learnings as a coach and observing other people’s coaching sessions. I also enjoyed receiving feedback, including the stretches, so that I could continue improving in that area further. It has been a fantastic experience.
|
The quality of the training is very high and I enjoyed the different characteristics and training styles of the trainers. The experience and knowledge of the trainers are very high and they are all very friendly and approachable. The only thing I would point out is sometimes I couldn’t hear Leda very well as she is softly spoken so perhaps if there was a mic that may help.

This programme has exceeded my expectations. It has helped me make the transition from being a successful Director in the public sector to now risk developing myself as a professional coach. The concise nature of the course materials and the focus on experiencing coaching and being observed have been invaluable.
|
Usually excellent. Sometimes I yearned for other delivery methods (mentioned it twice in course appraisal before?!!) like video clips, actors?? Just to introduce a slightly new medium. On the whole the commitment of the trainers shone through.

It was a great experience, which in some areas met my expectation, in many exceeded them and in no area was below my expectations. The power of the programme is for me in the mix of bits of theory with a whole lot of well structured and framed, practice, combined with a very mature and diverse participant group.
|
Strong trainer team, who all 3 bring different qualities to the table around strong values. Colin > clear focus, fantastic in language, seems to possess high level of self awareness, dares to position himself vulnerable. Leda > lots of inner power, energy and calmness. Very inspirational. Phil > Bubbling , eager to share expertise.
Just some comments which could easily all be assigned to all 3 trainers. All 3 clearly demonstrate a passion for the profession which they bring across very effectively.

It is a richly rewarding journey that is surely successful in its goal of providing training to excess one to be a skilled, gifted coach.
Along the way, I found a parallel journey. I learned to be a good effective coach but also discovered new areas of myself. Through this course you learn a skill but discover the essence of yourself, which is priceless. Possibly the best money I have ever spent.
|
All three of our trainers demonstrated their strengths and their challenges. The team was enormously effective because their strengths overlapped each other’s yet their challenges did not. This created a strong teaching capability that had no flaws. They complemented each other beautifully, creating a safe, powerful platform for learning.

This is a whole lot more than a coaching training programme. This has been a personal transformation journey that has left me richer, more whole and holding loads of confidence to be a commercial coach in the wide world. I cannot express how much I would recommend this particular journey to people wanting to invest their time and energy in either becoming a coach or to live a more fulfilling life.
|
We have experienced 3 trainers. All very different in style and approach. Colin, primarily, trained module 1 and 2, the change to Phil in module 3,4,5 felt difficult at the time but was incredibly skilful for that element of the journey. Phil profound love and positive intent was incredibly important for me to be able to achieve a deep level of learning that I did. Leda remained a wonderful constant throughout – inspiring though her silent strength, wonderful skills and incredible pose and stillness.

You acquire in the CD certificate programme the sort of skills and aptitudes that accompany you in all walks of life for the rest of your life. Your awareness and understanding of others and self is enhanced and the power of the coaching process is brought here. A safe environment for learning and potential for development
|
The trainers shared knowledge and wisdom without hesitation and the feedback given in a timely, human and gentle manner that no one could feel aggrieved in any way.

The Coaching Development certificate in coaching skills has been a transformational experience for me. The rigor and robustness of the training content attracts a unique group of delegates that co-create a rich, challenging yet safe and supportive learning environment. The use of practical experience from day 1 has certainly accelerated the skill development and confidence as a coach. Perhaps the biggest gift of all is the parallel personal development journey that I entered and the shift in awareness and insight has left me noticeably lighter and freer. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to understand how to coach effectively.
|
I have been engaged and interested throughout the programme. Loved the different styles of Leda, Colin and Phil. I really appreciate the focus and consistent energy that they have all brought into the room. They all demonstrated their authenticity and passion as coaches – a wonderful inspiration.

The certificate programme has been an invaluable development process as a coach. I found the modules particularly the first few modules a hugely rich learning experience. It has given me the confidence to be able to enter any coaching environment with a coaching mindset willing to be there for the benefit of the client in their journey of development. My personal belief about my ability as a new coach has been enhanced and the course has provided me with an initial set of approaches and methods I can utilise in many coaching environments
|
The trainers brought a wealth of experience and wisdom to each of the modules. The learning experience was grounded in sound theory and practical examples. Time was made for the different levels and experience of attendees. The trainers had different approaches with supports a range of preferred learning approaches. I personally found the initial modules a great learning experience. The later modules, particularly module 5 had some content and pace issues for me, but I appreciate others may have a different view.

This has been a significant and fulfilling experience for me. I have used the programme myself by discussing things that really matter to me in the coaching practices. I have learned so much about myself and what I want/need out of life. I have so much more self awareness now and my path is clear. I began the journey with lots of questions in my head and I’ve moved to a new beginning; the destination being less important than the path I’ve chosen to follow.
|
Authenticity is what comes to mind. A real sense that course trainers are there to serve course participants and gain their fulfilment from their purpose. There is not a sell or tell; this is an exploration facilitated, supported and challenged by the trainers. Integrity, honesty and transparency are common and linking values demonstrated by the trainers.

A skilful blend of theory and practice. A pacey, professional training that builds competence and confidence.

Experienced, knowledgeable trainers whose supportive and challenging approach will be contributing significantly to the quality and reputation of coaching.

It has been an intense and full programme. I valued the different role plays as they gave me physical experience of a role. I am aware we have many “faces and tears” and this helped to play /sort it out. I did not consider going further with coaching when I started, have however changed my mind. It seems to fit with some things inside me? I love that there is growth and am ready to explore more with curiosity and intensity.
|
Dear Phil, due to your many years of experience I would have loved to have another evaluation than just one. I appreciated the support of what was said to me and am hungry to tap more into myself and widen the ability to give feedback in a way which is always looking on how to support a person’s development. Dear Leda, I believe in your strength and how you made yourself heard. I felt as if I saw you growing more and more into all of what you are. Well done.

This has been an extremely high quality coaching training programme. It has far exceeded my expectations. I was after a programme that provided a sufficient, but not excessive, amount of theoretical input, alongside a significant amount of experiential learning. It has delivered exactly this. The course materials and the taught topics in the training have been superb. What was particularly impressive is the ability to draw out the essence of a theory/model – just as much information as was necessary. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of the course has been on developing us as coaches rather than “teaching” us what coaching is. A marvellous experience.
|
I have been greatly impressed by the trainers. What strikes me most of all about them is their integrity, authenticity, and kindness. Alongside this, their input and handling of the group clearly shows a vast wealth of real experience in the coaching world. At all times, I have experienced all the trainers as highly supportive and encouraging. I have found this aspect of their style and attitude as hugely beneficial personally. It has also been a real life modelling of many of the essential attributes of an effective coach.

The programme is structured on a way that a person can learn a lot through its experience and the experience of people in the group. The provided pieces of information was really enough, the exercises were 100% relevant to the topic and provided great environment for learning!

Leda was brilliant! A diamond in Coaching Development! Phil and Colin support was great! Thank you for sharing your experience and wisdom in such a professional way! Thank you!
