In 2002 Philip Brew and Colin Brett created Coaching Development to provide coach training courses of the highest professional standard. They brought together deep understanding and experience of coaching, and highly developed training and facilitation skills. These skills are now reflected in an outstanding training team for 2012.

Philip Brew
MCC, BSc, MP(NLP), Dip Couns.
Philip is an experienced professional coach holding the Master Certified Coach credential of the International Coach Federation. With a background in NLP and personal development training, he also holds a Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy. Since 1997 Philip has worked intensively in the corporate sector as an independent executive coach. His clients include chief executives and senior management teams in the UK, Europe, Asia and North America. He also has a private coaching practice and is a qualified Coach Supervisor and a mentor for professional coaches. He currently serves as a Director on the Global Board of the ICF. |

Colin Brett
PCC, BA (Hons), MA, MSc.
Colin is a British Association for Counselling Accredited Counsellor, a Training and Supervising Transactional Analyst (in Organisations), and a qualified NLP Trainer. Colin has been coaching individuals and groups in organisations for several years, and holds a number of qualifications in the fields of psychotherapy and training. He has achieved the Professional Certified Coach credential of the International Coach Federation and is also trained as an NLP coach. Colin is equally at home in creating a coaching culture within the corporate world as he is developing coaching in communities. His area of particular interest lies in how people can stop stopping themselves and make the most of their lives. |

Deryn Holland

Deryn is a coach, trainer and leadership consultant, holding the Professional Certified Coach credential of the International Coach Federation. She has held senior leadership positions in education, the BBC and in the private sector, and worked with the Center for Creative Leadership, the Metropolitan Police, UNESCO and the British Council. She has a deep interest in international and cross-cultural work and is respected for her innovation in adult learning and putting learning into practice. Ailbhe is a coach, trainer and facilitator and has achieved the Professional Certified Coach credential of the International Coach Federation. Her experience spans organisational development, transformational coaching, third level education and enterprise development within the private, public and voluntary sectors in Ireland and the UK. For over 20 years Ailbhe has been passionate about enabling people to discover the leader within, manage transitions and to access their true potential. She leads and co-delivers the Level 7 HETAC & Coaching Development Professional Coaching Skills in Limerick Institute of Technology, Tipperary. In addition to her MA in Coaching, Ailbhe also holds qualifications in NLP, Integrative Arts Therapy and Stress Management. |

Gerry Ryan

Gerry is a skilled coach, facilitator and mentor who has been awarded the Professional Certified Coach credential of the International Coach Federation. With a background of over 20 years’ experience in operations management, Gerry has always been keenly interested in leadership and in releasing the potential of people in organisations. Since 2000 he has worked with ‘blue chip’ international clients, as a leadership coach, helping managers to embrace the ‘being’ and ‘doing’ necessary to become effective leaders. He has played a leading and proactive role in developing the standards, credibility and professionalism of coaching in Ireland over a number of years. |

Karen Pratt

Karen has worked with Coaching Development in South Africa for 4 years and ran the first Johannesburg Coaching Essentials training early in 2011. Karen is Africa’s only Certified Transactional Analyst in Education and is also a certified Coach Supervisor and Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator. Karen works as a coach, trainer and facilitator across the spectrum of South African people – from home-based health care workers to executives. She has a passion for learning and believes that all people are OK, they can think for themselves and choose to change. She believes that all learning is transformational and impacts the personal, family, community and social levels. |

Léda Turai-Petrauskiene

Léda is a multilingual enthusiatic and inspiring professional certified coach (by the ICF), a professionally trained trainer and coach supervisor. She started her career as a lecturer at the University of Vilnius, later she worked for the Lithuanian and Hungarian authorities as an interpreter and cultural, economical relationship facilitator and for this activity she got the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary award from the President of Hungary. After a few year in counselling she finally found her real passion in training and coaching. She speaks fluently five languages: Hungarian (as a mother tongue), English, Lithuanian, Finnish and Romanian. |
