These new programmes are specifically designed for practice 'in organisation' and range through a three day training for managers in how to structure coaching conversations, a three day training in working with teams, and a five day training in how to equip individuals to become effective internal coaches. Beyond that, there are offerings in applied psychology in the workplace via a Transactional Analysis lens, as well as positive psychology and its impact on the organisation and those working in it.
Our training is 'Institute Approved' by The Institute of Leadership and Management, a specialist organisation that focuses on raising the professional standards of leaders and managers. TILM www.institutelm.com is a strategic partner of the ILM www.i-l-m.com (the accreditation body that is part of the City & Guilds Group).
In addition to the content and delivery that we will provide, participants will receive membership of The Institute. This membership runs for a year and offers valuable resource and insight, available online in the form of research and whitepapers. It also affords access to networking events, enabling managers to connect with their local community.
