The ICF has now released the updated Core Competency Model following almost two years of in-depth research and analysis. This model embodies the very latest thinking and theory on what is expected of a professional coach in the delivery of skillset, quality and behaviours.
This two day face-to-face workshop will give you an insight into the background surrounding the development of the new model and will also explore each competency in-depth. As usual, there will be plenty of opportunity to discuss and work with the competencies in a practical way throughout both days and we will also implement and integrate them through coaching practice sessions. This is an opportunity to refresh your practice, hone your coaching skills and earn valuable CCEs as part of your on-going professional development.
