Hello and welcome to 'The Goldfish Bowl'.
A gift to our students this year in an invitation to gather round as Colin facilitates live coaching sessions. These are for you to join as an observer, occupying a front row seat as the session unfolds, making way for further discussion, analysis and practice.
What do the sessions offer?
An opportunity for you to be back in the classroom, to observe the ebb and flow of a coaching session, engage in the learning and with your colleagues, and further develop your craft.
Structure:
We're offering four 'lunchtime learning' sessions to watch a live demonstration of coaching and to take part in a discussion with the coach afterwards (30 minutes + 20). For those who want to stay a little longer, there will then be the chance to have a short, focussed coaching practice (+- 40 minutes).
These quarterly demonstrations will take place on a Friday lunchtime, beginning in March. Places will be limited. Please book your space below.
You can reserve a space on one, two, or all of the dates if you'd like:
- We will start the coaching sessions promptly at 12.30pm each time. Please arrive before that time to gain admittance.
- This will be followed by a Q&A based on your observations.
- Then follows the invitation to join with your peers for practice.
